Both for machinery manufacturers and for companies that manufacture components for them, the possibility of performing various machining operations on Geminis lathes, ease of use, ergonomics, the quality of results and the reliability of the machines, are essential elements when investing in a productive equipment. In Geminis lathes, a large number of components present in the most diverse industrial equipment are machined: hydraulic cylinders, crane drums, spindles, flanges, shafts, rollers…

The capability of machining long beds in our facilities allows us to control the finishing process of the guides of our machines.

This finish is essential to achieve the quality standards required in shipbuilding, especially in the production of long parts, such as the propeller shafts of ships.

Both the horizontal lathes, and the multiprocess equipment of the Geminis GM range, allow the complex machining required in gas, steam or hydraulic turbines used in power generation, as well as in the different shafts and discs involved in the transformation of wind energy into electricity.

The versatility in machining capabilities through a wide range of devices, the possibility of headstocks with large through holes and the precision of the “C” axis, make Geminis lathes the ideal tools for the production of various components in the oil&gas industry: Valves, drilling elements, pipes, threads…

Thanks to the robustness of its structural elements and the power of its headstocks, Geminis lathes are able to carry out their work for years in the harshest conditions, machining all types of forged or cast rollers for steel rolling or profiling lines.
